Spicy Matador

  • For the drink
  • ½ cup Dole pineapple juice
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 1 oz. tequila
  • ½ oz. vodka
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • pinch of chile piquin (use cayenne if you can handle the heat)
  • Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Tajìn
  • vero elote paleta
  1. Start by rimming your glasses with Tajín: Pour the Tajín onto a small plate then rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass then dip it into the Tajín.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, mix the pineapple juice, lime juice, tequila, vodka, and California chili powder.
  3. Shake vigorously.
  4. Pour over a handful of ice, and garnish with a vero elote paleta.
