La Sandía Enchilada Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup watermelon juice
  • 1 oz tequila
  • 1/2 oz watermelon pucker
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 tsp agave
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper add a second pinch if you can handle the heat
  • Garnish
  • 1 paleta de sandia Vero rebanaditas

Instructions

  • In a shaker filled with ice, combine the watermelon juice, tequila, watermelon pucker, lime juice, agave, and cayenne pepper.
  • Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  • Pour mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
  • Finish by garnishing with a paleta.
