La Sandía Enchilada Cocktail (Chicano Eats x Mitú)

La Sandía Enchilada Cocktail
Makes 1 Drink
Recipe type: Cocktail
  • ⅔ cup watermelon juice
  • 1 oz tequila
  • ½ oz watermelon pucker
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 tsp agave
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper (add a second pinch if you can handle the heat)
  • Garnish
  • 1 paleta de sandia (Vero rebanaditas)
  1. In a shaker filled with ice, combine the watermelon juice, tequila, watermelon pucker, lime juice, agave, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  3. Pour mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
  4. Finish by garnishing with a paleta.
